The Senior Talent Specialist is integral to the daily operations of our Talent Acquisition team. They will split their time between recruiting coordination tasks & general process improvement projects, all in support of an excellent, inclusive experience for applicants, candidates, and interviewers. The successful candidate for this role will have proven experience with complex calendaring and with job advertising in a meeting heavy and interview heavy environment. They will be a skilled project manager who is able to pivot between following and giving direction. The Specialist will be a strong collaborator who does not hesitate to voice when they see an opportunity to make a process more efficient, equitable or data-driven.
