Senior Manager, Internal Communications (Temporary)

The Temporary Senior Manager, Internal Communications creates, manages, and strategically guides internal communications for Tides Network employees. Guided by the strategic internal communications plan, the Temporary Senior Manager, Internal Communications ensures that every communication speaks in Tides’ internal voice, upholds Tides’ values, and reinforces a trusting, collaborative culture.

Working alongside the Senior Director, Talent, the Temporary Senior Manager, Internal Communications collaborates with the other members of the People, JEDI, Senior Leadership, and Executive teams to ensure alignment between internal communications, our strategic plan, and our broader real-world impact. This is a temporary position expected to begin in mid-August 2024 and end in February 2025.
