Dietlind Lerner

Dietlind is strategic communications and advocacy specialist helping mission-driven initiatives reach and sway target audiences. A former journalist and communications director for international NGOs, she has worked in over thirty countries and is fluent in French and German. Career highlights include leading communications on significant social, financial, and climate justice campaigns; interviewing several heads of state, celebrities, and civil society leaders; embedding with the French Foreign Legion in Djibouti; and sailing down the Congo River on a Greenpeace ship. Dietlind lives in Berkeley with her husband and two children.
