Nisha Kadaba

Nisha currently leads social impact programs at PagerDuty. She’s passionate about building strategic initiatives that leverage core company assets—people, product, and funds—to accelerate the impact of mission-driven organizations. Prior to PagerDuty, she led social impact and philanthropy at Playmob, and harnessed the power of games to educate and drive action to support urgent social and environmental issues. Nisha has created transformational cross-sector partnerships at the intersection of business and social impact for over a decade, and previously held multi-faceted roles at Room to Read and the CAA Foundation. Nisha received her MSc degree in Environment and Development at the University of Edinburgh, and her BA in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA. She lives in Marin County, CA with her husband and two children.
