Tides is looking for a Chief Advancement Officer, an integral member of the executive leadership team. The CAO will work in close partnership with the CEO, providing the strategic and operations leadership essential to fueling growth, partner relationships, industry and brand awareness, and coalition building, in addition to expanding fundraising efforts, and leading the cultivation, management, and quality assurance of all donor relationships.
