Senior Labor Relations Coordinator (Temporary)

The Senior Coordinator is integral to labor negotiations. The Senior Coordinator supports negotiations by gathering information in response to requests for information, analyzing data in preparation for negotiation sessions, and preparing proposals for negotiations as directed by the management team. The Senior Coordinator ensures comprehensive and detailed documentation of all negotiation sessions, materials, and agreements. The Senior Coordinator partners closely with internal and external legal counsel and reports directly to the Senior Director, Talent.

This is a temporary role. The duration of the role will be contingent upon the timeline for contract negotiations and is not anticipated to extend beyond January 2025.
